Permits , Codes and Regulations ..Oh My !!

Ok why didn't anyone tell me this was going to be absolute hell ?

People keep asking us when "So when are you going to be open ? "
Apaarently , that's not something that's up to us .. It's up to the City .
Half the time "the city" doesn't even know what to do with themselves. So we're drifting in water...
